Aquastrom VT thermal circulation valve with presetting of the control temperature for thermal control and with presetting of the residual volume flow for hydronic balancing in circulation pipes according to DVGW Code of Practice W551/W553.
Thermal control:
Recommended control range: 55 °C to 60 °C (max. control range: 50 °C to 65 °C, control accuracy ±1 °C)
For a preset temperature (e.g. 57 °C), the valve reduces the volume flow from this temperature to a residual value, which is to be determined from the calculation regulations according to the DVGW Code of Practice and can be set accordingly on the valve. The valve also supports automatic thermal disinfection. Approx. 6 °C above the set temperature, the volume flow increases again and is reduced to the residual volume flow again from approx. 16 °C above the set temperature. The reduction back to the residual volume flow ensures that the downstream system sections are also supplied with a disinfection volume flow due to the restored hydronic balance. The valve thus optimally supports the thermal disinfection of the circulation system. At the end of the disinfection phase, the valve returns to its initial position.
Incl. insulation complying with fire protection class B1 and thermometer.

The Regumaq X-80 fresh water station is an electronically controlled product assembly with heat exchanger for the hygienic heating of potable water according to the continuous flow principle for connection to a buffer storage cylinder. Depending on the temperature and the volume flow on the potable water side, the circulation pump on the heating side is speed controlled. When selecting the fresh water station, it is necessary to consider the water quality of the area of use.
The stations consist of a plate heat exchanger, a controller, a circulation pump, a throttling valve with actuator, a volume flow sensor, a safety valve, temperature sensors, fill and drain ball valves and ball valves.
The particularly powerful stations are characterized by high draw-off capacities at low excess temperatures. With the help of the Regtronic KM-IP communication module, the controller can be integrated into the building automation system via a BACnet IP or a Modbus TCP interface.
